Partner agreement

Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-06-01 · Effective June 1, 2026

By creating a partner account you agree to order, resell, and handle Onboard products in line with the standards below. This is a summary of the full agreement; the binding partnership, wholesale, and (for clinicians) business-associate documents are sent separately for signature during onboarding.

01Eligibility & accurate information

You confirm that the licensing, tax, and identity details you submit (NPI and state license for clinicians; EIN and resale license for bulk buyers) are accurate, current, and yours to provide. Onboard verifies these before activating an account.

02Lawful use & resale

Products are supplied for lawful clinical or wholesale use only. You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including licensing, distribution (DSCSA), and labeling requirements, and not to divert, misbrand, or resell outside permitted channels.

03Separate signed agreements

Accepting these Terms does not replace the partnership, wholesale, or business-associate agreements that Onboard sends for electronic signature during onboarding. Those signed documents govern pricing, payment, liability, and (where applicable) handling of protected health information.

04Account & data

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. We process the information you provide to operate the partner portal as described in our Privacy Policy.

05Changes & termination

Onboard may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated and may require re-acceptance. Either party may end the relationship in accordance with the signed agreements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the partnership, wholesale, or business-associate agreements executed separately during onboarding. Questions? Contact your Onboard representative.
